How long does the process take?

It will take a minimum of 8 - 12 weeks to get back the background checks.
Once these are back the time frame will be dependant on you.

Is there any reimbursement for foster care?

Yes, all foster children come with Medicaid and a
monthly subsidy. This amount will vary by county and
the needs of the child.

Can we be licensed if we have been convicted of a
felony?

No, Colorado Law does not allow us to license
individuals convicted of a felony
